Brandon J. Talley

He writes things.

Brandon is a writer based in Los Angeles. Drawing from years of personal experience, he has a keen sense of self-conscious characters making poor decisions. His work has been featured in McSweeney’s, SlackJaw, Points in Case, and other publications with excellent taste. His original comedy pilot “Student Housing” was a Second Rounder (quarterfinalist) in the 2020 Austin Film Festival Screenplay Competition. When not writing, Brandon is listening in on typical coffee shop conversations including his favorite, “We should leave, I think the guy next to us is listening to our conversation."
